The PM200 Fiber Optic Meter has been designed for todays, and tomorrow’s application. Calibrated at 850nm, 1300/1310nm, 1490nm, 1550nm, & 1620nm, the PM200 is measurement-ready in the traditional LAN, Telecom and CATV wavelength windows, as well as the newer 1490nm and out-of-band 1620nm requirements.

The PM200 comes standard with a universal detector port that accepts FC, ST, SC, E2000, LC, and MU connector types. Standard features include, extended battery life (125 hours), low battery detection, Auto shutoff / power save mode, auto/manual ranging, temperature compensated circuitry, 75dB of measurement range, .18dB accuracy, excellent linearity, and offset nulling capability for low-level measurements. The LS Series fiber optic LED light sources are low cost, high value fiber optic LED light sources offering premium performance in a rugged compact package. Product offerings include a 850nm LED light source (LS850), 1300nm LED light source (LS1300), and a Dual Port LED light source (LS8513). Standard features include Power On indicator, low battery detection, extended battery life, and temperature compensating power control circuitry. These fiber optic LED light sources utilize high quality SLED emitters, ensuring a high degree of core fill in standard multimode optical communication fiber (50um, 62.5um, 100um, 200um) allowing for consistent and meaningful network attenuation measurements. Typical coupled output power is -17 dBm into 62.5um core. When used with the M100 Optical Power Meter or M25 Optical DMM Module, greater then 45 dB of measurement range is available.
